We built Tektana at Industria 2000 Kft. — a general-contractor firm where, day after day, we fought the same problems you do. We tried the systems available on the market. None of them understood that running a construction business is more than invoicing: budgeting, completion certificates, subcontractor settlements, machine hours — all of it per project, all interconnected.
So we built it ourselves. Today every one of our projects runs on it: from the quote through machine hours to the final invoice. We didn't have to explain to outside developers how a construction job works — we knew, because we do it.
Industria 2000 has been a family contracting company for twenty-six years. Monthly fees are fixed and public: Mester 59 900 Ft/month (5–10 people), Kivitelező 129 900 Ft/month (10–30 people), Generál 249 900 Ft/month (30+ people, with own fleet) — all + VAT. Fleet tracking is an add-on from 1 990 Ft/asset/month. The one-time onboarding fee is tailored per company — based on the scope of migration (previous ERP, Excel records) and training, we give you an itemized quote after the demo. Q-02Cloud or on-premise?
Cloud — no installation, no server maintenance. Your data lives in an EU data center with daily backups.
Q-03How long does onboarding take?
For a typical SME, the first project is live within 1–2 weeks. We're with you throughout the onboarding.
Q-04I build my budgets in TERC. Can I use that?
Yes — the TERC export can be imported directly, and it becomes the basis for the project's budget and capacity plan. Nothing needs to be re-entered by hand.
Q-05What happens to my existing data?
We can import from Excel spreadsheets and most invoicing tools — this is part of onboarding. Onboarding is priced as a one-time, company-specific fee, which you'll get exactly after the demo.
Q-06Won't this be too complicated for my team?
Not everyone needs to use everything. Your colleagues only see what's relevant to them — and site crews don't need to record anything at all. If you'd like them to use it too, we'll train them. No installation, it runs in the browser.
